We were able to easily walk to all the tourist spots and there were plenty of great cafes and restaurants in the area. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything we needed, including a large closet and a dining table. The bathroom was also big and had a bathtub, although the floor could have used some anti-slip strips. The surprise of the hidden kitchen in a closet made us laugh and the coffee capsules provided were a nice touch. Despite some minor issues like a lack of AC and occasional street noise, our overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel for its central location and comfortable accommodations. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable stay.

The hotel's decoration was lovely and had a warm and cozy atmosphere, which made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and provided plenty of comfortable seating for senior people like myself. I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with easy-to-navigate hallways and elevator, making it convenient for me to move around without any difficulties.
It would have been even better if there were more activities or programs tailored specifically for senior guests.

Loved the convenient location, so close to the wine cellar and all the lively noise from the street. The apartment had everything I needed, except wine glasses and coffee cups, but who needs those anyway?
Just perfect, wouldn't change a thing.

The apartment's location was fantastic, right in the heart of Vienna, making it convenient to explore the city's attractions. Additionally, being close to the central railway station was a major advantage for easy transportation.
The hot water heater in the apartment was temperamental, resulting in showers starting hot but quickly turning cold.

The hotel's decoration was charming and had a classic touch, reminding me of the good old days. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate around with my walking stick. It was also conveniently located near popular attractions, which meant I didn't have to worry about commuting long distances on foot.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation would be more attentive and helpful staff. It would have been nice to have the children working there be more responsive and available for assistance, especially during late check-ins or emergencies.
